ITM Monitoring is now a Disability Confident Committed organisation

ITM Monitoring is pleased to demonstrate its support of disabled people within the workplace by becoming a Disability Confident Committed Employer. The national scheme promotes a positive approach to enabling disabled people and those with other health conditions within the workplace.

The initiative focuses on organisations attracting the right people, retaining and developing them, helping disabled people to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations. As a Disability Confident Committed Employer, ITM Monitoring has vowed to offer an accessible and inclusive recruitment process, drawing new talent from the widest possible pool, as well as provide reasonable adjustments and support to existing employees with a disability or long-term health condition, enabling them to stay in work.
