ITM’s expansion continues, as we welcome more new team members

It’s been a busy few months at ITM Monitoring and we’ve seen our organisation grow with new team members joining across the business. To ensure we continue to provide the best service to our clients, we’re pleased to say that this expansion continues and we’re excited to introduce you to our two latest appointments, Harry Crisp and Nikita Raid.

Harry Crisp has joined the work winning team as an Assistant Estimator. Harry has previously held roles at roofing and glazing contractors, where he gained experience of problem solving on site prior to providing estimates, technical proposals and handling customer queries. In his new role, Harry will be responsible for supporting the tracking and winning of specific opportunities, maintaining tender portals as well as responding to bid submissions. Although predominantly office based, Harry will also get the opportunity to gain experience on site, to better enable him to understand the specific needs of our clients.

“I’m really excited to have joined an established company like ITM, especially as they provide great opportunities for ongoing training and development, which will help me to further build upon my experience and interests and progress in my estimating career,” comments Harry. “It’s a really interesting field to work in and a very exciting time to be joining the company due to the recent SOCOTEC acquisition. I’m looking forward to building rapport with ITM’s customers and helping with their monitoring requirements.”

Nikita Raid joins the Operations Team as a Graduate Project Engineer. Nikita has a First-Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Derby and has gained experience as a Ground Worker, Banksman, Survey Assistant and, most recently, as a Lookout for Ganymede Solutions. Nikita will be based on site initially and will aid the Projects Team when required, with a view to joining them permanently once he has gained a wealth of site experience.

Talking about his appointment, Nikita said: “ITM has a great reputation in the industry for providing monitoring systems on a range of high-profile construction projects, so joining soon after graduating provides an excellent opportunity for me to put the civil engineering theory I’ve learnt into practice. I’m looking forward to gaining hands-on experience on site initially, before joining the projects team to assist in the planning, installation and management of monitoring systems on behalf of ITM’s varied clients.”
